Explanation
A standard spell that lets you draw based on the number of Water-type cards you discard.
Being able to draw and also discard cards is very convenient but at level 2, it's a bit expensive.
On top of that, your hand size will be reduced by one in total for playing the card.
You'll probably want some way to use the discarded cards afterwards so that they're not wasted.
