Explanation
A continuous item with a static ability that prevents both players from attacking while it is on the field.
When you play it, you can only have your partner on the field and it gets exiled two turns later, at the end of your opponent's turn.
It essentially prevents any attacks for two turns but since it costs 5 mana, you probably won't be able to do anything else on the turn you use it.
Despite that, it gives you a decent amount of time to build up your field and prepare.
